"I booked through barbersalon.com, and while the appointment..."
I booked through barbersalon.com, and while the appointment itself went fine, I kept thinking the price felt high for what was basically a standard haircut. The cut wasn’t bad, but little things stood out to me, like the neckline not being quite as clean as I expected and a few tiny uneven bits around my sideburns that I noticed later in the mirror.

The website was easy enough to use, and I didn’t have any major issues, but for the money, I was expecting a little more polish. There are a couple cheaper spots near me that do about the same job, maybe even with a bit more attention to those small finishing details, so I probably wouldn’t book this way again.

"Felt kind of cheap to me"
I ordered a pair of clippers from Barbersalon, and maybe it’s just me, but they felt cheap as soon as I took them out. The battery didn’t last long, and the blades pulled at my hair instead of cutting smoothly. I was really hoping they’d be better, but I’m not too happy with the quality

"Customer service was disappointing"
I had to reach out to customer service the other day, I think it was sometime in the afternoon after I’d already been dealing with a bunch of other errands, and the whole thing was frustrating. They took way too long to get back to me, and when they finally did, the response didn’t really help much. I wasn’t expecting anything over the top, just a clear answer, but it felt like I was kind of left figuring it out on my own.

"Shipping took a lot longer than expected"
I ordered a pair of clippers from the site, and the shipping ended up being way slower than I was expecting based on what they said at checkout. For several days the tracking info barely changed at all, so I kept checking it and wondering if the package was just sitting somewhere or if it had gotten delayed. The clippers themselves were fine once they finally showed up, so I don’t really have a big complaint about the actual product. It was just the waiting part that was frustrating, especially because the delivery estimate made it seem like they would arrive much sooner.
